Search for Child-Care Operation

This list only includes operations that CCR has involuntarily suspended, revoked, or refused to renew the permit. Operations are included only if the involuntarily suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew has been finalized, not those which are still under review or appeal.

Licensed child care operations are included on the list if the action was taken in the last five years. Licensed child care operations that closed for other reasons or closed more than five years ago are not listed here. Registered Child-Care Homes and Listed Family Homes are included on the list permanently if the action was taken after December 13, 2010.
